It is important to dedicate a special attention to them. Researches show, that 80% of the teachers job contains out of being a role model to their students. This is why it is important to be be conscious about their expert environment, not just the the students one.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to encourage communication, awareness and perception within a teachers everyday practice?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal of this project is to use gaming methods to research the working spaces and the surrounding of teachers in schools. Developed gaming cards are used to provoke a discussion about the already existing learning terms and concepts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"725\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/tinka-legvart.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/12837747_10153469751113404_1981633889_o-725x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"39\" data-link=\"http:\/\/tinka-legvart.info\/index.php\/2019\/09\/11\/das-lehrerzimmer-spiel-the-staff-room-game\/12837747_10153469751113404_1981633889_o\/\" class=\"wp-image-39\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tinka-legvart.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/12837747_10153469751113404_1981633889_o-725x1024.jpg 725w, https:\/\/tinka-legvart.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/12837747_10153469751113404_1981633889_o-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/tinka-legvart.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/12837747_10153469751113404_1981633889_o.jpg 745w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 725px) 100vw, 725px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"725\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/tinka-legvart.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/12788639_10153469751108404_219922285_o-725x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"38\" data-link=\"http:\/\/tinka-legvart.info\/index.php\/2019\/09\/11\/das-lehrerzimmer-spiel-the-staff-room-game\/12788639_10153469751108404_219922285_o\/\" class=\"wp-image-38\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tinka-legvart.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/12788639_10153469751108404_219922285_o-725x1024.jpg 725w, https:\/\/tinka-legvart.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/12788639_10153469751108404_219922285_o-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/tinka-legvart.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/12788639_10153469751108404_219922285_o.jpg 745w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 725px) 100vw, 725px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serving as a starting point for the terminology was&nbsp; a paper by Roger Schank in which he defines top ten mistakes of education:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#1: First learning, then doing&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#2: It si the responsibility of school to decide on the best by grading&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#3: The curriculum is there to remove the differences among the students&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#4: The teacher knows, the student does\u00b4t&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#5: Learning is strenuous, independent of motivation for actual use<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#6: Drill, drill, drill&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#7: Age-similar grades \/ certificates reflect on the knowledge of students<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#8: Grades provoke motivation&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#10: Good students have basic interest in learning whatever it is schools decide to teach them<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rules of the game:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cards are divided in two groups: terms and characteristics, that are distributed among the players.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each round the game leader chooses a term card and places it on the table. The other players choose a characteristic card, that in their opinion, describes the term the best. By listening to the arguments and the discussion the game leader decides on the best characteristic card and distributes the point.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This game is&nbsp; being designed with help of students and tested with a group of primary school teachers and pedagogics students at the university.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work in progress.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With Ola Suchlik&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The staff room game Teachers are a very important pillar in our education system.
